Need something normal prebuilts do not offer?
Request southpaw or left-side numpads, Alice layouts, full-size boards, unusual connectivity requirements, or programmable boards. If the hardware supports VIA, QMK, manufacturer software, or another suitable remapping system, we can configure supported key changes before delivery.
Example: a customer can request the physical L key to output W, swap modifiers, or add supported macros. We confirm the exact board can do it before quoting.

Tell us whether you prefer linear, tactile, or clicky switches; a deeper, creamier, clackier, quieter, or more neutral sound; wired or wireless connectivity; RGB or no RGB; and any exact parts you already have in mind.
We confirm compatibility before quoting. If a requested mod or part does not make sense for the board, we explain why instead of adding it just to raise the invoice.

RGB Studio records your preferred lighting; it does not directly program a physical keyboard. Presets such as Ice and Inferno are color-combination starting points—not promises of particular keycaps, cases, switches, parts, or an exact finished appearance. Available colors, effects, brightness, zones, and per-key control depend on the final keyboard and its manufacturer software. Switch Customs confirms the physical design and RGB compatibility before your quote.
