We do not use a flat $50–$75 build fee for complete custom keyboards. Larger, heavier, and higher-cost builds need different fulfillment time, packing, shipping, and payment-cost coverage.

Your estimate combines the selected parts, assembly, stabilizer tuning, safe mods, QC, packing, standard delivery, and card-payment cost. A complete made-to-order keyboard starts at $125 so the parts and work are not cut short.

FREE standard contiguous-U.S. shipping is built into the custom-build price. Optional shipping protection, tax, and non-contiguous-U.S. delivery are confirmed before payment.

Mods, cleaning + repairs

Individual tuning, diagnostics, cleaning, programming, and repairs are quoted for your board and requested work. Mail-in and return shipping, replacement parts, and soldering are confirmed in writing before work begins.

MODS ARE NOT MAGIC

We tune for the board in front of us.

Sound depends on the case, plate, mounting style, switches, keycaps, desk surface, and room. A requested “thocky” or “creamy” target is treated as a direction, not a guaranteed exact result.

Tape and foam are used only when they are safe and useful for the specific keyboard. Wireless boards and boards with batteries require extra care and may not be eligible for some mods.
